Requirements: --
·
Degree
or Diploma in IT / Electronics / Mechanical or ITC /
NTC cert in the same discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome.
·
Technical
knowledge of server components, e.g. HDD, CPU, disk-partitioning etc.
·
Proactive,
Energetic, Positive working attitude, willing to work late, Keen to learn
·
Independent,
possess good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively.
·
Knowledge
in Auto-cad will be a plus.
·
Experience
will be an advantage but not a must. Training will be provided.
Key
Responsibilities (under guidance): --
·
Assist
in support / hardware configurations / system setup as and when required
·
Responsible
for ensuring timely delivery of IT setup/assignment and the maintenance of
good documentation thereafter.
·
Provide
physical hands-on support for all server hardware. E.g. Power-cycle or
reboot
·
Provide
1st level investigation into hardware problem
·
Responsible for IT help-desk, trouble
prevention, trouble-shooting.
